OSHO Nadabrahma - hum for happiness

OSHO Nadabrahma - hum for happiness

A$30.00

This Friday, the 11th of April at 7pm, and then once each month I will be sharing a beautiful Osho Nadabrahma Meditation—also known as the Humming Meditation.

This practice is a deeply nourishing and gentle way to drop into meditation. Through continuous, resonant humming, we begin to quiet the busy mind and settle into the vibration of our own voice. The sound creates a natural bridge between body and spirit, slowly aligning the physical, mental, and emotional layers of our being. It soothes the nervous system, encourages emotional release, and creates a powerful sense of inner harmony and spaciousness.

As the sound moves through the body, it opens the heart and throat, clears stagnant energy, and restores natural balance. Even for those who find stillness difficult, Nadabrahma offers a soft, accessible entry point into deep meditation.

But the beauty of this practice extends beyond the individual. When we hum together, we are not only healing ourselves—we are also contributing to a collective resonance. This meditation has the ability to raise the vibration of the space around us, and to subtly shift the frequency of the greater consciousness. In this way, our inner alignment becomes an offering to the world—a quiet act of service, grounded in presence and sound.

If you’d like to join us, please let me know. We’ll need a minimum of five people to go ahead. It would be so lovely to share this with you.
