Welcome to mindful Living Space

Over the years, my teaching has evolved just as I have. Yoga has always been one of the greatest loves of my life — a practice that began in my twenties and has guided me home to myself again and again. As I’ve grown, softened, and returned to my truest essence, my classes have changed too. They’ve become less about achieving the perfect posture and more about remembering who we really are beneath all the noise.

I like to think of my classes as a space where honesty, humanity, and healing meet. I don’t pretend to have it all together — I share openly, from the heart, about the beauty and the mess of being human. My hope is that in doing so, others feel safe to show up just as they are, and to find the same sense of connection and peace that yoga has given me.

My offerings continue to expand and weave together all the tools that have supported me over the years — yoga, meditation, sound healing, shamanic drumming, and energetic practices that restore harmony to the body and spirit. Whether we’re moving through asana, resting in stillness, or journeying with vibration and rhythm, my intention is always the same: to help you come home to yourself.

I feel deeply grateful for the beautiful community that’s grown around these teachings — a circle of people who show up with openness, curiosity, and heart. Together, we breathe, move, laugh, release, and remember that healing isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence.

THE POWER OF SOUND!

 

Everything in nature is vibration.

All things are made of atoms, and those atoms are in constant motion. Even what appears solid is mostly empty space — animated by energy and movement. Our bodies are no different. Each cell, tissue, and organ carries its own rhythm, a vibrational frequency essential for balance and vitality.

Sound is vibration.

So are our thoughts.

At the most fundamental level, we are not simply physical matter — we are moving, vibrating energy. Trillions of cells within us form a living symphony, each contributing its own tone to the whole. When we are well, this symphony flows with coherence. When we are under stress, overwhelmed, or disconnected, parts of the body can fall out of rhythm.

Ancient cultures understood this long before modern science began to study it. Across time and tradition, sound has been used for healing, ceremony, prayer, and restoration. Today, research continues to echo what has been known for millennia: the body responds to vibration.

Sound moves through space in a way few other forces can. It travels through the vast emptiness within physical form, reaching places that words, logic, and conscious effort often cannot. This is why sound can feel so deeply settling, even when the mind doesn’t fully understand what is happening.

Shamanic Drumming & Rhythm

The shamanic drum is one of humanity’s oldest sound tools, used across cultures for tens of thousands of years. From Siberia to South America, from Celtic lands to Indigenous traditions, the drum has long been a bridge between the physical body and the unseen realms of rhythm and energy.

Its steady beat is unmistakable.

You cannot ignore it.

You cannot bypass it.

There is no effort required and nothing to get right. The vibration meets you exactly where you are and travels deep — through the body, the nervous system, and beneath conscious thought.

Rhythm is life. Heartbeat, breath, sleep, cycles — we are rhythmic beings. When rhythm is restored, the body remembers how to return to balance.

One-on-One Sound Sessions

These sessions are a deeply immersive experience, guided by rhythm, vibration, and intention. Each session unfolds uniquely, responding to what your body and system are ready to receive in that moment.

This work is not about forcing change. It is about allowing the body to remember.
