Are you finding it hard to make quality time to spend with your children, has the joy and playfulness been lost a little? Come play and dream together! A fun and uplifting class featuring partner yoga poses , guided meditation for reconnecting and creativity, and a deep restful relaxation. Dads are welcome! Suitable for 6-12 year olds and their accompanying parent.
Please note we have structured this session as a 1-on-1 for you and your child- so only one child per ticket is allowed.
