Monthly Open Mic Nights, building community!
Our first “Open Mic” night! Anne Marie will be sharing something very special to her, with us! The Great Silence Meditation 7-8.15pm Monday 2 September Woronora Life Saving Club, Woronora A rejuvenating journey of Freedom. A guided visualisation that takes you on a playful adventure within your own safe space. Connect your heart to Mother Earth and the pure divine love and light of creation, balancing and illuminating your mind, body and spirit. Let’s go on a journey together! Wear •Comfortable warm clothes Bring •Your favourite blanket, pillow and/or a warm sleeping bag. •Water/ thermos of herbal tea for afterwards
Next month’s Open Mic Night (meditations, movement, mantra’s, music, anything meaningful and magical) will be Saturday November 16th, 4-5:30pm. Yvette Towner is taking centre stage, sharing her plethora of knowledge about Energy Medicine. She will also teach a simple daily energy clearing routine that you can adapt into your daily lives. Keeping the energy moving is essential to good health! Spaces are limitless so please tell your friends. We ask for a donation only.
